3. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Refunds are available as outlined in our FAQ and below: full refund within 7 days if the course has not started; otherwise, prorated credits may apply.

4. Course access

You receive a personal, non-transferable license to access purchased courses. Sharing login credentials or redistributing materials is prohibited.

5. Intellectual property

All content, including text, frameworks, and templates, is owned by Tafocus Floristry Institute or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent activity.
• No attempts to bypass security or access others’ data.
• No scraping or bulk downloading of content.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are educational. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Use judgment when applying techniques with live botanicals and structures.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tafocus Floristry Institute is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

11. Dispute resolution
