Frequently Asked Questions

If your question isn’t covered, reach out—our team will respond within two business days.

Who are these courses for?

Working florists and serious beginners who want editorial-level work and better operations. Each course lists prerequisites, level, and required tools.

How do critiques work?

You’ll submit assignments with 2–4 clear photos and notes. Our faculty provide timestamped video feedback and annotated markups. You can revise and resubmit within the module window.

What tools and supplies do I need?

Essentials: sharp clippers, floral knife, wire cutters, chicken wire, jute or paper tape, buckets, and a water source. Each course includes a downloadable supply list.

Are the courses foam-free?

Yes. We emphasize foam-free mechanics and teach supportive alternatives like wire cages, reusable vessels, and natural structures.

Do you offer certificates?

Yes. Complete all assignments and pass final critique to receive a certificate and a public skills statement you can share with clients.

What is the time commitment?

Most modules run 2–4 weeks with 2–4 hours per week. Live sessions are recorded for later viewing.

What’s your refund policy?

Full refund within 7 days of purchase if the course hasn’t started. After day one, prorated credits apply. See full terms for details.

Can teams enroll together?

Yes—studio and retail teams receive group pricing and private critique slots. Contact us with team size and dates.

Do you ship supplies?

We do not ship botanicals. We provide vendor lists and substitution guidance by region.

How do I choose my first course?

Start with Hand-tied Bouquet Intensive or Color with Intention if you’re new. If you run events, consider Event Installations Lab next.
